2. Meet and Greet
Come meet with us (in person or virtually) where we can answer all your questions and discuss your options.
3. Departure
Prior to leaving, we will help you with everything you need to get your new career started. This will include virtual meetings and lots of paperwork! Once everything is in order, it's time to book your flight.

4. Get 'work ready'
Arrive in Sydney. It can take up to two weeks to complete the licence conversion.
During this time. you can visit potential workplaces with your Driver Recruit trainer and be shown all aspects of heavy vehicle regulations in Australia.
5. Working for Driver Recruit
Initially, you will be employed by Driver Recruit and will work with our clients.
We find work to tailor your needs.
Permanent positions are offered regularly by our clients.
6. Training and support
All drivers are given full and detailed onsite training by their Driver Recruit trainer.
Driver Recruit provides ongoing 24/7 phone support to our drivers. With a wealth of experience behind us, we will be there to support you until you are a True Blue Aussie trucker.
